St. John's Wonersh
10am Sunday Morning Worship Service
We would love to welcome you to our contemporary morning service each week - a mixture of engaging teaching, prayer, band-led worship and well-loved hymns suitable for the whole family. We have a 'Kids Church' operating during this service where all children would be welcome (see Children and Families for more details here ). There is a church car park but it will tend to get full quite early; additional parking is available on Sundays at Wonersh Surgery just along the road in the centre of Wonersh. .
We continue to make available by livestream our Morning Worship via YouTube. This can be enjoyed by streaming at home. To share in this time of teaching and worship, you can find our services on our YouTube channel.
8am Said Communion Service
On the second and fourth Sunday of each month there is a spoken Communion service.
10.30am Midweek Service
There is a weekly service at 10.30am every Thursday for those who are retired. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends and integrate into the life of the village. The services vary each week, from Communion to Morning Prayer and our very own 'Discovery' service. For more details see the calendar of events or click here .
9am Morning Prayer
We hold a service of morning prayer every Tuesday from 9.30 - 10am. We follow one of the various prayer apps or the standard liturgy, allowing 10-15 minutes for open prayer. You are welcome to simply to come, be silent and enjoy the presence of God.
