Youth

Youth

Our young people are the future of the Church, and we love walking with them as they grow into young adults; testing, wrestling with, owning, and pursuing their identities in Christ, and discovering the freedom, peace and joy to be found in a life lived for God.

We offer our young people a variety of opportunities to worship, learn, discuss, ask and explore; whatever point they are at on their faith journey.... we have a lot of fun along the way too! Like our children's work, our youth ministry aims to build up the foundations of faith laid in families by focusing on having fun, making disciples, and growing leaders.

We are a safe, fun, inclusive and welcoming place for young people to come and be themselves. For more information, please contact Sarah, or follow @wonershyouth on instagram:

Lawnsmead
Year 7 - Year 9

(No Glow on 1st Sunday of the month as we join Youth all-in on 1st Sunday each month, see below)

Glow is for tweens and teens to hang out together; exploring life, faith and God, and growing together in friendship.
We have lots of fun, games, laughter, and doughnuts, and use films, magazines, stories, prayer and music to investigate and grow in our Christian faith.

Each Autumn term, we offer our Glow age group the opportunity to be Baptised and or Confirmed. If you would like to explore Baptism or Confirmation please speak with Debbie or Sarah.

Forge is for older youth and young adults. We ask big questions and dig deep into faith in Jesus and our identities and purposes as children of God. We have lots of space for discussion, prayer, worship and waiting on God. We love to learn more about hearing God and working out the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
